I am Andreea Tina, though many people know me as Coach Dre, and I created The Anti-Ageing Method because I believe ageing should never mean giving up on strength, confidence, or vitality. My own journey through fitness, performance, and coaching has taught me that with the right strategies, we can continue to feel youthful, powerful, and energised at any stage of life.
As a professional athlete, I’ve lived through the discipline of intense training, structured nutrition, and high-performance living. These experiences taught me that the body is capable of incredible adaptation—but only if we treat it with the right balance of challenge and care. Over time, I realised that the same principles that help athletes peak can also help everyday people age better. That’s why I developed this method: to share proven strategies that don’t just add years to your life but add life to your years.
