I am Andreea Tina, also known as Coach Dre, and I have spent years guiding people towards their best selves through fitness, nutrition, and mindset. While many know me for my work in physical transformation, I have always believed that true wellness begins in the mind. I have seen clients who trained hard and ate well but still struggled—because stress, anxiety, and poor sleep were holding them back. That is why I created this seminar, to share the strategies that can truly unlock calm, focus, and balance.
My journey as an athlete taught me the discipline of training, but it also revealed the importance of recovery—both physical and mental. Competing at a high level was as much about managing nerves, calming the mind, and finding inner strength as it was about the workouts themselves. Over time, I began to study mindfulness, sleep science, and the psychology of stress, realising that these were the missing links for so many people striving to improve their lives.
When I coach, I look at the whole person. Wellness is not only about a strong body; it’s about a balanced mind. In this seminar, I share not just theory but also practical tools that I use myself and with my clients. My aim is to help you understand how stress and anxiety work, why sleep is fundamental to recovery, and how mindfulness can transform the way you live each day.
