Directions for Use

For massage, mix 5 drops of Adaptiv™ with 10 ml of carrier oil. For a relaxing bath, combine 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, dilute 1 drop in 10 drops carrier oil. Add 3–4 drops to a diffuser for aromatic use.
