My name is Andreea Tina, but in the coaching world I am best known as Coach Dre. I am the founder of ProBodyStyling.com, a WBFF Pro Fitness Athlete, and one of the most dedicated coaches you will ever meet.

Over the years, I have built my reputation as a Certified Life Coach, Business Coach, Fitness Coach, Certified Health Coach, Performance Coach, Health & Wellbeing Coach, Wellness Coach, Weight Loss Coach and Holistic Health Coach. These titles are not just qualifications on paper — they represent the many dimensions of my work and the deep commitment I have to helping my clients achieve complete transformation, from body and health to mindset, career, and lifestyle.

My Journey

I was born in Romania, where I began training as a gymnast from an early age. Sport was my first love, and as I grew older I explored other disciplines such as tennis, volleyball, and outdoor pursuits like rock climbing. By the age of 20, I discovered fitness as my true passion. It became my calling, a path that would eventually take me across borders and into the lives of hundreds of people seeking transformation.

After moving to London, I pursued a Master’s degree while immersing myself in the fitness and wellness industry. I studied relentlessly, attended countless specialist courses, and pushed myself to master every aspect of physical training, nutrition, and sports psychology. That journey led me to compete successfully as a WBFF Pro athlete and to begin coaching in some of the most prestigious gyms in the city. Very quickly, I became known for my tough, uncompromising but incredibly effective training style.

My sessions were never easy, but the results spoke for themselves. CEOs, entrepreneurs, medical professionals, and athletes all came to me because they wanted one thing: results that were visible, measurable, and life-changing.

My Philosophy

I believe that to truly change your life, you must connect mind, body and spirit. Coaching is never just about exercise or nutrition; it is about balance, belief, and commitment.

As a Certified Life Coach, I help people find clarity, overcome limiting beliefs, and reconnect with their inner drive. As a Business Coach, I support leaders and entrepreneurs in reaching their professional potential while maintaining health and resilience. As a Fitness Coach and Weight Loss Coach, I design bespoke training programmes that deliver not just physical results but confidence and empowerment.

My role as a Certified Health Coach, Health & Wellbeing Coach and Holistic Health Coach is to ensure that every client experiences transformation at a deeper level — through nutrition, stress management, recovery, and lifestyle optimisation. And as a Performance Coach, I teach clients how to harness discipline, focus, and mental resilience to excel in every area of life.
